Payment deadline: Payment should be made within 7 days of registration.
INVOICE:
• each Participant will receive a VAT invoice (VAT rate: 23%) for the participation in the conference and accommodation
• the VAT invoice will be issued after the payment has been credited to the account of the Organizer's Office
• the VAT invoice will be e-mailed to the address indicated at registration.
REGISTRATION:
• MEDICAL SECTOR: participation in the conference is possible only for the representatives of the Partners/Sponsors of the XXXII Congress of the Polish Society of Hematologists and Transfusionists. Additional cost of participation of the representatives of the Congress Partner/Sponsor outside the sponsorship package is PLN 1500.00 excl. VAT per person. Representatives of Companies that are not Partners/Sponsors of the XXXII PTHiT Congress cannot participate in the Congress.
• REGISTRATION | CONGRESS FEES: registration for the Congress may be made until 22.10.2025 (or until the limit of places is reached). The organizer does not conduct registration during the Congress.

The participation fee includes: participation in scientific sessions and the exhibitions organised by individual companies, congress materials, ID badge, refreshments (coffee break, lunch, dinner), certificate in an electronic form.

Fee for laboratory diagnosticians, university students and nurses includes: participation in scientific sessions and the exhibitions organised by individual companies, congress materials (program), ID badge, refreshments (coffee break, lunch, dinner), certificate in an electronic form.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• The participation may be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days prior to the start of the Congress
After this date, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
• cancellation 59-30 days prior to the start of the Congress will result in charging the Participant with 50% of costs
• cancellation 29-15 days prior to the start of the Congress will result in charging the Participant with 75% of costs
• cancellation 14 days and less prior to the start of the Congress will result in charging the Participant with 100% of costs.
LEGAL NOTICE:
The Congress is intended for anyone interested in its subject matter. Satellite sessions by pharmaceutical companies, sessions by pharmaceutical companies and the exhibition by pharmaceutical companies are intended only for persons authorised to issue prescriptions or persons trading in medicinal products - legal basis: Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1977, as amended).
